Who can apply?

Applicants must:

• be incorporated organisations registered in South Australia;

• be not-for-profit organisations;

• be non-government;

• have an Australian Business Number;

• have provided Income and Expenditure Statements for previously funded projects which have been completed (if applicable).

Organisations who do not have an ABN will be required to forward to Multicultural SA a “Statement by a Supplier” if successful. Please refer to the Australian Tax Office’s website for more information www.ato.gov.au

Note that organisations that are not incorporated may be sponsored by an incorporated organisation that has agreed to be responsible for meeting all the grant conditions.

Organisations must demonstrate a need for the grant, including evidence of their current financial position, and must show they can administer the grant responsibly.
